Summary
As introduced, Bill 25-916 would amend the total permitted limit on a contract for small business enterprise or certified business enterprise contracts. It would revise the percentage of civil penalty that shall be assessed for the failure to comply with the subcontracting requirements. And it will also define material change for contracts and create an approval and disapproval process for the Council, among other things.
