Summary
This bill extends Delaware’s Childrens’ Health Insurance Program (CHIP) to include reduced-cost health insurance coverage for children of families with personal incomes up to 300% of the Federal Poverty Level, confirms that the CHIP shall continue to provide health insurance coverage for children of families with personal incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and permits recipients of health care services under the CHIP to pay for any required premium health insurance charges by any commercially-accepted means, including by cash, check or charge.
