Summary
This bill clarifies that the Delaware Department of Transportation has enforcement authority of the clear zones within the unincorporated areas of the State. This bill further clearly defines the placement of signs. The definition of “gore area” stems from the U.S. Department of Transportation Manual on Uniform Traffic Devices.
