Summary

This bill removes the current 4019(e) from the Code and dismisses all standards that are applicable to municipal and county government assessments or assessors thereby adopted. The new 4019(e) clearly states that municipal and county assessors are not subject to the regulation of the Council on Real Estate Appraisers.
