Summary
In order to offset the potential reduction in federal funding for the Department of Agriculture’s pesticide program, this Act provides the Secretary of Agriculture with the discretion to change the biennial fee for pesticide and device registration, up to a maximum of $140.00 for a two-year registration. Registration fee changes will be made annually and must approximate and reflect the costs necessary to operate the Department’s pesticide program.
