Summary

Some species of non-native wildlife including invasive species, can pose current and future risks to native wildlife species or their habitats, agriculture, property, or human health or safety. This bill authorizes the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control to designate and manage non-native wildlife species such as coyotes through regulation and order.
