Summary

This Bill requires an auctioneer who is providing real estate services other than advertising and marketing real property for sale by auction, selling the property by auction on the day advertised, and performing ministerial tasks necessary for settlement to comply with the license requirements of Title 24, Chapter 29. If the original bidder is not able to complete settlement, then the auctioneer may offer the property on the same terms to other registered bidders.
