Summary
This Resolution establishes a Port of Wilmington Exports Task Force to provide recommendations in regards to expanding the operations at the Port of Wilmington to include agricultural product exports. Members to the Task Force are to be appointed by the Governor, Speaker of the House, and Senate President pro tempore, as well as various Executive Branch departments.
