Summary

This bill allows Commission Counsel to respond to time sensitive requests for advisory opinions when circumstances beyond the Commission’s control prevent the Commission from meeting for more than 60 consecutive days. The bill also requires Commission Counsel to notify the Commission when advisory opinions are issued pursuant to this statute.
