Summary
This bill is a result of recommendations made by the Joint Sunset Committee and establishes a Provider Advisory Board. This Board shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Office of Child Care Licensing with regard to adopting, promulgating and amending such rules and regulations as are required to carry out the Delaware Child Care Act with respect to Early Care and Education and School Age Centers.
