Summary

This bill provides that property owned by Ministry of Caring, Inc. and Sacred Heart Housing, Inc. will be exempt from county and local taxes, so long as the property is not held for investment purposes. Section 8106(a) currently provides for such exemption for many other organizations and classes of activities.
