Summary
This Bill eliminates the portions of the Delaware Code, including the Delaware Uniform Athlete Agents Act, referring to the Board of Athlete Agent Examiners (“Board”), which has been sunsetted. Section 3 of the Bill repeals the provision of Delaware law which makes the Board subject to the State Administrative Procedures Act. Section 7 of the Bill repeals the reference to the Board in the list of entities under the jurisdiction of the Division of Professional Regulation.
