Summary
This Act will increase the penalties imposed upon repeat offenders convicted of the crime of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony by adding that crime to the list of serious violent felonies that can serve as predicate offenses that trigger Delaware’s Habitual Criminal statute.
