SYNOPSIS
Section 1 of this Bill replaces the position of Treasurer with that of Vice–President on the Board of Landscape Architecture. This change brings the Board of Landscape Architecture in line with other boards covered under Title 24 of the Delaware Code. Section 2 of this Bill removes a provision that has an outdated timeframe for applicants to complete practical training but retains the Board of Architecture's ability to adopt regulations that are consistent with the current National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) national standards. Those standards are structured around actual tasks, not calendar years. Section 3 of the Bill eliminates a dated reference to a prior amendment that is no longer relevant. |
