HOUSE BILL NO. 279

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO REVENUE ESTIMATES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1.Amend §6534(a), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking "the 20^th day of June" where it appears at the end of subsection (a) and by substituting in lieu thereof "the second Monday of June".

SYNOPSIS

This bill changes from the 20^th day of June to the second Monday in June the day by which the Governor must submit to all members of the General Assembly and the Controller General an estimate of anticipated General Fund revenues by major categories for the current and next immediate fiscal year.
