SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 112

Strike House Amendment No. 2 to Senate Bill No. 112.

AMEND Senate Bill No. 112 by deleting line 6 and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

"membership consists primarily of veterans honorably discharged or active duty service members or a fraternal benefit society as defined by §6201, Title 18 of the Delaware Code, regardless of whether it provides benefits defined in §6216, Title 18 of the Delaware Code, which has been in continual existence since 1938, and engages in any fundraising activity or function exempt from Clean Indoor Air Act, §904(6), Title 16 of the Delaware Code."

SYNOPSIS

This amendment returns certain fraternal benefit societies to the bill.
