AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 54 OF TITLE 24 AND CHAPTER 101 OF TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ATHLETE AGENTS. |
Section 1. Amend §5402, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by striking subsections (4), (11), and (14) in their entirety and renumbering the remaining subsections accordingly.
Section 2. Amend Chapter 54, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by repealing §5403, §5404, §5405, §5406, §5407, §5408, §5409 and §5417 in their entirety.
Section 3. Amend §10161(50), Title 29 of the Delaware Code, by striking said subsection in its entirety and renumbering the remaining subsections accordingly.
SYNOPSIS

This Bill eliminates the portions of the Delaware Uniform Athlete Agents Act which referred to the Board of Athlete Agent Examiners, which has been sunsetted. However, provisions of the Act which do not require action by the former Board remain in effect. Section 3 deletes the reference to the application of the Administrative Procedures Act to the former Board. |
