Summary
This Bill eliminates the portions of the Delaware Uniform Athlete Agents Act which referred to the Board of Athlete Agent Examiners, which has been sunsetted. However, provisions of the Act which do not require action by the former Board remain in effect. Section 3 deletes the reference to the application of the Administrative Procedures Act to the former Board.
