AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 17 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE ADVANCED ACQUISITION COMMITTEE. |
Section 1.Amend §137(a)(2), Title 17, Delaware Code by deleting "a committee" the first time it appears therein and by inserting in lieu thereof "an Advanced Acquisition Committee [hereinafter ‘committee']".
Section 2.Amend §137(a)(2), Title 17, Delaware Code by replacing the final "and" therein with "," and by inserting between "Representatives" and "to" the following:
", a member of the public designated by the Senate Minority Leader and a member of the public designated by the House Minority Leader".
SYNOPSIS

This Act adds 2 more public members to the Advanced Acquisition Committee and corrects an oversight by naming the committee in the provision creating it. |
