benefit programs: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and Medicaid. Funds shall be used to automate the eligibility determination process, to improve program integrity and to detect and deter fraud, waste, and abuse in public benefit programs administered by the Department of Children and Families (HB 9151). HEALTH, DEPARTMENT OF Program: Community Public Health Community Health Promotion In Section 03 On Page 098 450 Special Categories Grants And Aids - Contracted Services General Revenue Fund 20,908,836 24,212,027 Federal Grants Trust Fund 10,099,572 13,403,382 At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific Appropriation 450, INSERT: From funds in Specific Appropriation 450, $3,303,191 from the General Revenue Fund and $3,303,810 from the Federal Grants Trust Fund is provided to the Covering Kids & Families Program at the University of South Florida to issue navigator grants to facilitate and promote health insurance coverage for uninsured Floridians under the Affordable Care Act.
