Division of Bond Finance to issue Florida Forever Bonds in the amount of 
$280 million.

Following Specific Appropriation 1607, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1607, $280,000,000 in 
nonrecurring funds is provided from the Florida Forever Trust Fund for 
the Florida Forever Program.

The Division of Bond Finance is directed to issue $280,000,000 in 
Florida Forever Bonds.
