    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 815 - 817
    4  and insert:
    5  patient services pursuant to paragraph (10)(f); any public
    6  defender or her or his employee or agent, including, among
    7  others, an assistant public defender or and an investigator; and
    8  any physician licensed in this state who is a medical director
    9  for, or member of, a child protection team, as defined in s.
   10  39.01, when carrying out her or his duties as a team member.
