       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 106 and 107
    4  insert:
    5         (5)All health insurance policies in effect in this state
    6  as of the operative date must continue to be in effect until the
    7  renewal date and must be renewable. An insurer must renew such a
    8  policy if the covered individual desires to renew.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 16
   13  and insert:
   14         providing applicability; requiring that all health
   15         insurance policies in effect as of the operative date
   16         must continue to be in effect until the renewal date
   17         and must be renewable; requiring insurers to renew
   18         such a policy if the covered individual desires to
   19         renew; amending s. 641.31, F.S.;
