Prohibits public entity from entering into specified contracts; prohibits company from contracting with state if company appears on Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List; provides for removal of company from list; requires company that attempts to contract with state to certify that company or assignee is not on list; prohibits company that contracts with state from entering into subcontract with any company on list; authorizes political subdivision to award bid to bidder who cannot meet certification requirements.
