Summary

Creates Florida Assisted Living Quality Improvement Initiative Pilot Project; creates pilot project in specified area offices of AHCA; provides program components & requirements; requires administrator of facility eligible to participate in pilot project to notify ACHA when facility agrees to enroll; requires owner or administrator of facility enrolled in pilot project to enter into contract with quality improvement team; authorizes DEA to adopt rules, impose fees, & provide requirements necessary to certify providers that seek to offer assisted living facility staff core training.
