Summary

Provides that person aggrieved by discriminatory housing practice may file civil action to enforce rights granted & protected by Fair Housing Act without filing complaint with FCHR or without regard to status of complaint filed with FCHR; provides that if FCHR or local agency has obtained a conciliation agreement with consent of person aggrieved by discriminatory housing practice in response to complaint filed with FCHR, filing civil action to enforce rights is prohibited except to enforce terms of such conciliation agreement.
