Summary

Authorizes landlords to require certain employees to undergo level 1 background screenings; provides for termination or disqualification of employees; requires written disclosure & signed acknowledgement of receipt in rental agreements & rental agreement renewals; provides requirements for such disclosure & acknowledgement; authorizes tenants to terminate such agreements & renewals; requires deposit money to be refunded to tenants upon such termination; provides that tenants are responsible for any damage he or she caused to the premises.
