Summary
Creates public records exemption for personal identifying information revealing name, age, & location of child permanently residing with sexual offender or sexual predator, which information is required to be provided to appropriate local & state agencies; authorizes sheriff's office, FDLE, & DOC to share with each other relevant information regarding residence of sexual offender or sexual predator & information involving instances of sexual offender or sexual predator permanently residing with child; provides for future review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.
