Summary
Provides for relief of Angela Sozzani; requires that DCF request up to certain amount in its annual legislative budget request each fiscal year to compensate Angela Sozzani for injuries & damages she sustained as result of negligence of employees of DCF; authorizes DCF to request additional funds under extraordinary circumstances; provides for reversion of funds; provides that Angela Sozzani's attorneys have represented her pro bono & fees & costs have not been awarded.
