Summary

Authorizes administrative hearing officer complete & submit to agency & all parties recommended order that includes actual or compensatory damages in cases under ch. 760, F.S., where appropriate; requires aggrieved person requesting administrative hearing pursuant to certain civil rights provisions to pay specified filing fee; provides for relief from payment of fee upon determination of indigency; provides for such determination; provides for taxation of costs in such action; revises requirements for communities seeking exemption as housing for older persons from certain civil rights provisions; revises provisions relating to fee for such registration & administrative fines relating to such registrations.
