Summary

Expands provisions to apply to all emergency allergy reactions, rather than to insect bites only; authorizes certain health care practitioners to prescribe epinephrine auto-injectors to authorized entity; authorizes such entities to maintain supply of epinephrine auto-injectors; authorizes certified individuals to use epinephrine auto-injectors; authorizes uncertified individuals to use epinephrine auto-injectors under certain circumstances; provides immunity from liability.
