Summary

Provides requirements for production of certain confidential inmate health records for investigation of inmate injury or death; revises duties of Secretary of Corrections, membership of DOC's safety & security review committee, & duties of committee members; requires DOC staff to adopt & enforce safety & security standards & policies; authorizes DOC to receive information electronically; revises provisions relating to gain-time for educational attainments; requires specified training for personnel employed by companies transporting prisoners; revises requirements for assigning & housing certain youthful offenders; exempts community correctional center employees from certain health regulations when administering certain drug tests.
