Removes terms "stalking" & "aggravated stalking" from definition of "violence" as it pertains to repeat violence, sexual violence, or dating violence; requires clerk of court to assess fee for filing petition for protection against repeat violence; authorizes court to require respondent to reimburse victim for fee; creates cause of action for injunction for protection against stalking or cyberstalking; creates Stalking & Cyberstalking Injunction Statewide Verification System within FDLE, etc.
