Summary

Authorizes DOR to establish parenting time plans agreed to by both parents in Title IV-D child support actions; provides purpose & requirements for Title IV-D Standard Parenting Time Plans; requires department to refer parents who do not agree on parenting time plan to circuit court; authorizes department to incorporate either agreed-upon parenting time plan or Title IV-D Standard Parenting Time Plan in child support order.
