Provides for issuance of driver licenses for limited purposes to participants in postadjudication DUI programs who meet specified requirements; removes restrictions on when certain persons whose driving privilege is revoked or suspended due to DUI may petition for reinstatement of their driving privilege or driving license on restricted basis; includes postadjudication DUI courts in provisions relating to problem-solving courts; conforms provisions.
