Summary

Establishes Medicaid Pilot Private Care Program in Alachua, Levy, Gilchrist, Dixie, & Union Counties; provides program requirements; authorizes program to obtain waiver for specified period of time from requirements of Federal Government Medicaid mandates to develop private-public health insurance policy purchase program; provides for establishment of program oversight committee; provides membership & duties of committee; requires Medicaid enrollees not enrolled in program to purchase certain hospitalization-only policies from specified providers.
