Summary
Reduces interest rate paid on deferred retirement benefits for members entering DROP on or after specified date; revises payroll contribution rates for membership classes of FRS for state fiscal years effective July 1, 2010, & July 1, 2011; specifies required employer retirement contribution rates for each membership class & subclass of system in order to address unfunded actuarial liabilities of system, etc.
