Terminates the Everglades Parkway Construction Trust Fund, the Jacksonville Transportation Authority Project Construction Trust Fund, and the Federal Law Enforcement Trust Fund within DOT; provides for transfer of balances or revenues in the trust funds; requires DOT to pay outstanding debts or obligations of the trust funds; requires CFO to close out and remove the terminated funds from the state accounting systems.
