Summary

Directs the Division of Administrative Hearings to appoint an administrative law judge to determine whether a basis for equitable relief exists for the purpose of compensating Brian Pitts for any wrongful act or omission by the State of Florida or officials thereof. Requires a report to the Legislature. Authorizes such compensation upon a determination by the administrative law judge. Compensates Brian Pitts for injuries and damages sustained, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: Indeterminate.
