Summary

Requiring each state agency, including the judicial branch, to identify all statutes relating to the agency which contain a reference to a monetary amount; requiring each state agency to submit an initial report relating to those findings and make recommendations to the Governor and Legislature by a certain date as to whether those amounts should be adjusted; requiring each agency to submit a final report containing final recommendations to the Governor and Legislature by a certain date and include a fiscal impact statement for each recommended statutory change to the monetary amount, etc.
