Authorizing the Agency for Health Care Administration to contract with certain organizations to provide services under the federal Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly in Citrus, Hernando, and Pasco Counties; providing an exemption from provisions relating to Health Care Service Programs for the organizations; authorizing, subject to appropriation, enrollment slots for the program in such counties, etc.
