Authorizing the Department of Transportation and certain local governmental entities to prescribe and enforce reasonable rules or regulations with reference to the placing and maintaining across, on, or within the right-of-way limits of any road or publicly owned rail corridors under their respective jurisdictions any voice or data communications services lines or wireless facilities; creating the "Advanced Wireless Infrastructure Deployment Act"; providing requirements for the collocation of small wireless facilities on authority utility poles; authorizing an authority to enforce local codes, administrative rules, or regulations adopted by ordinance in effect on a specified date which are applicable to a historic area designated by the state or authority, etc.
