Summary

Revises contamination notification provisions. Requires individuals responsible for site rehabilitation to provide notice of site rehabilitation to specified entities. Requires the DEP to provide specified notice to private K-12 schools and child care facilities. Authorizes the local government and the DEP to recover notification costs from responsible parties, etc.
