Summary

Deletes provisions requiring that the James and Esther King Biomedical Research Program be funded by proceeds from the Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund. Increases the funding available to the Florida Center for Universal Research to Eradicate Disease. Revises the purpose of the William G. "Bill" Bankhead, Jr., and David Coley Cancer Research Program. Creates the Cancer Control Collaborative Program within the Department of Health, etc.
