Summary
Defines "appropriate law enforcement official." Clarifies a provision requiring that the secondhand dealers transaction form be delivered to the appropriate law enforcement official. Requires that a secondary metals recycler complete a transaction form and transmit it to the appropriate law enforcement official within 24 hours after the acquisition of regulated metals.
