Summary

Authorizes the use of player-activated machines that have additional functionality. Adds limited liability companies to the list of potential vendors that the DOL must investigate. Provides that the DOL may lease all instant ticket vending machines. Prohibits the department from entering into a contract for a major procurement if a managing member of the vendor has been convicted of a felony, etc.
