Summary
Authorizes university boards of trustees to establish a renewable energy fee under certain circumstances. Provides that the fee not exceed a specified amount. Limits the use of such fee. Establishes a renewable energy fee committee. Provides for membership. Provides terms. Provides for a referendum on continuing or discontinuing the fee. Authorizes the university to reestablish the fee. Conforms cross-references.
