Summary

Providing that an out-of-court statement by a child victim with a physical, mental, emotional, or developmental age of 16 or less rather than 11 or less describing specified criminal acts is admissible in evidence in certain instances; requiring that a sexual predator who is unable to secure or update a driver license or identification card within a specified period must report specified information to the local sheriff's office within a specified period after such change with confirmation that he or she also reported such information to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, etc.
