Summary
Authorizes the DEP to develop and administer a consumer rebate program for water-efficient appliances. Authorizes the department to adopt rules. Authorizes the DEP to enter into contracts or memoranda of agreement with other state agencies or public-private partnerships or agree to other arrangements to administer the program. Provides requirements for the release of funds. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
