Summary

Removes a requirement that the HSMV adopt a uniform written notice to be used to enforce provisions that prohibit parking a motor vehicle on certain property for the purpose of displaying the motor vehicle as being for sale, hire, or rental. Provides a lifetime limitation on the number of times a person may elect to attend a driver improvement course in lieu of a court appearance, etc.
